Jamie Goes Bowling

Another day to chill out again, Jamie has been invited to ice-skating, which he jumped at. Lordy, I haven't been skating for over 35 years! We keep talking about going to an ice-hockey match and then never get round to it, so I guess we should do that at some point. The ice-hockey stadium is only about 5 minutes drive from home.


Jamie went off with L and his Dad, he was kitted out on a summer's day with 3 layers, including a jumper, hat, gloves etc. (Oh and he is after fingerless gloves at the moment like the ones James Hetfield wears!!!!!). As it turned out there was a problem with the skating rink, so L's Dad took them bowling instead and a good time was had by all, especially as they followed bowling with a McD's.


A good start to the holidays. As for Mike and I we did all the usual stuff today! I sneaked on Professor Layton again whilst Jamie was out - yes it's addictive!
